I shall never, without coercion, take shortcuts; I will do things right the first time. I am tired of having to take short cuts, of jerry-rigging things that should not be jerry-rigged, of having to accept mediocracy in craftsmanship. Why can't we just do things right!?
I just don't understand how someone can not care enough about what they're doing to make sure it's right.
