Creativity
"It seems our culture always had it backwards. Creativity isn't something you acquire. In reality, it's the removing of sandbags that have been laid upon you by the culture, and freeing yourself of the constraints that you've been programmed to deal with so that you can let creativity move through you. And everybody has it. Creativity isn't something you own so much as something that is destined to move through you, and you are a vehicle for it if you can allow yourself to be. I think the control issue is one of the prime reasons that people in our culture have a problem with it, because it is a kind of giving up of control to allow a process to take place through yourself as a vehicle." -Chef Patrick O'Connel
