The more I read about cultures I admire, the more I value community. (Note, not conformity.)
To that effect, whenever I get a house, I want the tables to have benches, not individual chairs. If I open a pizza/pasta shop, it will have community tables, with benches (like Antico). I think there is a time and place for individual tables and chairs (like a coffee shop), but that is not every time and everywhere.
